Serving Houston since 1975
Central Electric Company and Central Datacom: one Houston contractor for commercial electrical, data and low-voltage work.
A Houston contractor for 50+ years
Central Electric Company (CEC) is a commercial electrical contractor based in Houston, Texas, licensed to perform electrical work in Texas and Louisiana. Since 1975 we have built and serviced the electrical systems behind the area’s stores, offices, high-rises and commercial buildings.
Through Central Datacom we also install structured cabling, data drops, network racks, AV and other low-voltage systems, so clients can use one team for power, cabling and connectivity. We run multi-front new builds, install electrical services up to 4000 amps, DC fast chargers and high-rise generators and life-safety risers, and handle overnight remodels in stores that stay open.
Center Enterprises Inc. does business as Central Electric Company and Central Datacom. CEC is a woman-owned business and a Texas Historically Underutilized Business (Woman-Owned, Texas HUB Certified #483812).
